Meet Our Doctor
Dr. J Beeler
Dentist
Dr. Beeler was raised in Memphis, TN. He attended college at University of Memphis where he studied Biology and earned his bachelor’s degree. He earned his D.D.S. at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.
He was commissioned as an officer in the US Navy upon graduation from dental school and his first duty station was at Great Lakes, IL where he successfully completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Dr. Beeler then received a new assignment to serve as the dental department head and sole dentist on the USS NEW YORK, stationed in Norfolk, VA. During his time on the NEW YORK, Dr. Beeler received several awards and led the dental department during the ship’s maiden deployment. He concluded his time in the Navy in the largest Navy dental clinic where he provided comprehensive dental care to all branches of military service and worked shoulder to shoulder with every dental specialist.
He then resigned his commission as a dental officer and moved home to Tennessee with his wife and their four children to pursue his dream of opening his own practice. That dream became a reality in November of 2015 when Town Creek Family Dentistry began accepting new patients. Since that time the practice has grown tremendously and Dr. Beeler has become very busy seeing patients and has a large team supporting him.
Dr. Beeler is very passionate about dentistry and vigorously continues to expand his knowledge about current procedures and is always adding more. He completed his training with the Midwest Implant institute in Columbus, OH in August of 2017. This training has built his confidence and experience in placing dental implants and restoring complex cases of missing teeth. He also has attended courses focused on the restoration of full mouth treatment and cosmetic dentistry that has provided a firm foundation for treatment plans involving veneers and complex full mouth restorations. Dr. Beeler has recently embarked on a curriculum at the Spear Dental Seminars. He feels that it is his responsibility to be at the top of his profession and to provide the most up to date treatment to our patients.
Dr. Beeler is a very busy husband and father of 4 beautiful children and most days feels like he is just trying to keep up. When he has free time he likes to spend it relaxing with family, or even better – with his family on the lake.
Meet our Hygenists
Debbie
Dental Hygienist
Debbie was born in California but raised in Loudon, TN. She is a registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Roane State Community College. She has been in dentistry for more than 30 years, starting as a registered and certified Dental Assistant. Debbie feels blessed to be a part of the Town Creek Family Dentistry team, and we are so blessed to have her. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a huge asset to the team. Debbie is truly caring; she loves building relationships with her patients and caring for their needs and concerns. She feels lucky that some of her past patients have found her at TCFD. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Ray, since 2007. They enjoy camping and bowling together. Her family also includes one daughter and one grandson that she loves to spoil.
Alli
Hygienist
Alli joined the TCFD team in 2021 after graduated from Hiwassee College in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Alli has found her passion in educating patients about their oral health and is dedicated to helping them obtain their dream smiles! She also loves helping patients accomplish their oral health goals. Alli enjoys going to continuing education courses to make sure she is always up to date on the continuous changes in dentistry. Alli was raised in Port St. Lucie, Florida. When Alli isn’t in the office, you might find her playing golf, getting active outdoors and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
Alexis
Hygienist
Alexis is originally from California but grew up in South Carolina. She graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2011 and has been practicing dental hygiene ever since. Alexis is enthusiastic about continuing education. She has achieved many additional certifications including: Periodontal laser supported therapy and a comprehensive approach for every patient. She doesn’t just “clean” teeth, she looks at all aspects of oral health: bite, wear, old restorations, grinding/clenching, and sleep just to name a few. In a word, passionate is what Alexis is and she tailors every experience for every unique patient that sits in her chair.
There was a quote that Alexis saw while she was in hygiene school. It said; “Take this job and love it!” and she has done just that. She absolutely loves what she does and is very passionate about patient education. She likes to have a good time with her patients and you will usually hear laughter coming out her operatory.
In Alexis’ free time she loves to spend time with her family, friends, dance and you can usually find her nose in a book. And now, without further ado, play “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” intro….
Summer
Hygienist
Summer is so grateful to be a member of the TCFD family. She has been a hygienist since 2011 after she graduated from the dental hygiene program at East Tennessee State University. Summer has been complimented by patients on her gentle touch and thoroughness. She strives to make sure every patient has a comfortable experience in her chair and leaves with confidence in their smile. Summer stays u-to-date on the ever-evolving profession of Dentistry by taking quality continuing education. You can usually find her singing, dancing, and laughing as much as possible while working at TCFD. She has fun at work!
Summer and her husband have three wonderful kids and three fur babies. She loves traveling and is passionate about live music of all kinds. Originally from Texas, she relocated to Loudon, Tennessee with her family as a child. She loves living near the mountains because she enjoys spending her time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and swimming. Being social and outgoing is one of Summer’s favorite qualities so getting to know patients and maintaining relationships is her favorite part of being a hygienist and part of TCFD.
Meet our Assistants
Megan
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Megan is TCFD’s expanded functions dental assistant. She was born and raised in Loudon, TN. She has been in the dental field since 2012. Megan has expanded her career by continuing her education which allows her to place permanent fillings. She received her certification as an Expanded Functions Registered Dental Assistant after successfully completing the courses at Meharry University in Nashville. She loves working in the dental field and providing patients with excellent dental health and a smile they can be confident with. In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, friends and family as well as cooking! One of the things that we love about Megan is that she’s always smiling and has a positive outlook on life! Building relationships with her patients and getting to know them is what makes her excited about coming to work every day.
Misty
Registered Dental Assistant
Misty became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2018 and joined TCFD in 2020. She is truly thankful to work with such a great team everyday. Her enthusiasm & warm manner is a welcome addition to our team. She finds joy in helping patients feel relaxed, happy, and confident. Misty enjoys continuing her education and is eager to grow with us as we incorporate new technologies. Prior to her career as an RDA, Misty enjoyed bringing smiles to children as a costuming supervisor at Disneyland. Outside of the office she loves spending quality time with her son & family. Together, they love exploring new places like beaches & parks, as well as traveling whenever they have the opportunity.
Meet our Administrative Team
Jessie (Yesenia)
Schedule Coordinator, Receptionist
Jessie will likely be the first person to greet you at our door with a friendly smile. She is our patient coordinator. She plays a vital role in scheduling along with insurance verification and processing. Before joining TCFD, Jessie ran her father’s construction company. After his passing, she wanted to work in a different field and she transitioned beautifully into a career in dentistry. We are so fortunate to have her in the TCFD family. Jessie was born in Miami but raised in Tennessee. A native Spanish-speaker, she is one of our Spanish interpreters. In her free time, Jessie volunteers for an educational program helping those in the Spanish community. She loves spending time with her family, her dog, Bruce, and traveling.
Donna
Office Manager
Donna joined the TCFD team as an Office Manager in 2020 and brought with her more than 17 years experience in dentistry. Prior to embarking on a dental career, she and her husband, Jeff, built and ran Knoxville’s 1st indoor soccer facility. She also has a diamontalogy degree but quickly found that dentistry is her passion. She especially loves helping patients understand their treatment needs and helping them get the smile they want. She is very excited about dentistry and can often be heard throughout the practice sharing her enthusiasm with our team and our patients! In her free time, she loves nothing more that spending time with her family. She has 4 children and 10 grandchildren and can usually be found spending weekends at the soccer field.
Erin
Receptionist
Erin joined the TCFD family early in 2021. She is part of our front desk team and is likely to be the smiling face you see when you check out. She was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Tennessee in 2017. Erin is one of our youngest team members but one of the busiest, while juggling a demanding work schedule she is attending classes and studying to become a dentist! In her very limited spare time, Erin loves spending time with her 6 siblings and relaxing at the lake.
