I grew up very blessed to have a great family dentist, and therefore, never developed a fear of dentists. After moving away from my hometown, I realized this was not the norm and grew concerned for my children’s dentist experience. I am relieved, excited, and blessed to have found Dr. Beeler and Town Creek Family Dentistry; my kids love it and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable office. People are friendly and make sure you have what you need. Took me into my appointment within 5 minutes of checking in. My technician named Michelle was probably one of if not the best one I ever had at a dentist office. No picking or scraping my teeth till they hurt. The dentist was great to , sits and takes his time to tell you what he’s going to do or what you need done. Best dentist office I have ever been to.

Dr. Beeler and his staff are all exceptional. They all made me feel very comfortable and not just this visit (cleaning and exam) but my first visit when my crown fell out and they worked me into their busy schedule. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Also a gold star for the hygienist. She was awesome.

I thought it was going to be difficult to find a good dentist since I am new to Tennessee. My experience with Town Creek Family Dentistry was very professional from beginning to end. I broke a tooth about five weeks ago. I went online to check reviews and this place had the best local reviews for the Lenoir City. I went into the office and asked them if I could make an appointment. Without knowing my tooth was broken they told me their first available appointment would be in August, I informed them my tooth was broken and ask if they could refer me to someone. Once they knew I had a broken tooth within 30 minutes I was a patient and I was sitting in a chair in a back room. The dentist investigated my situation and they set me up an appointment for a root canal at a dentist in Knoxville within two days . The place they sent me to did a great job with the root canal. I stopped by today to set up an appointment for my final crown. They made an appointment within one week to get my crown made, and they will be able to do it in office. So the reviews you read are true and I’ve had a great experience so far. This facility and all their people went above and beyond and I really appreciate that.

Summer was extraordinarily thorough and kind and warm. Dr.Phelps was professional and kind. Donna was very friendly and very helpful and made the financial/insurance part easy to understand. I appreciate the honesty about a crown that would be proactive but was t made to feel like I “had to have this done” immediately. The general vibe of this practice is AWESOME. I liked the use of technology to make things easier and potentially less painful. I even liked the tv in the ceiling. Glad that this dental practice is the one my husband found for us when we became Tennesseans.

My wife and I came to Town Creek Family Dentistry because you take our insurance but that is not the reason we will return. Alexis spent time with me making sure everything concerning my teeth were clean and if she noticed anything suspicious she presented her findings to the doctor (Dr Phelps). This was not a quick in and out shop. Time was spent explaining possible problems and solutions.

Having moved twice in the last twelve years Town Creek Family Dentistry is now my third dentist office over the last thirty years. Being new to the area here in Loudon County today was my first appointment. My overall experience after today’s appointment was absolutely outstanding. I was immediately impressed by the appearance of the waiting room and friendliness and personality of the receptionist. I was taken in on time and my hygienist was Alexis. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and an overall good person to talk to with a great personality. Next, I met Dr. Beeler. I think at my age you just know if you are going to click or not with your new doctor or dentist. That was a yes! He was very friendly and he took the time to explain things to me as Alexis did. Neither one of them rushed me or acted like it was time for me to leave. Overall I was very impressed with the entire experience. And the heated dental chairs with the massagers and the TVs on the ceilings is a bonus. A first for me. I am already scheduled over the next year. A great dental office!

We just moved to Lenoir city from California and we needed a new dentist. I reviewed many and decided on dr. Beeler town creek family dentistry. Had my teeth cleaned with hygienist Debbie, I honestly can say it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had and I’ve had hundreds of cleanings. Every thing in the office including the receptionist were outstanding. Dr Beeler was perfectional and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never write reviews but I felt I needed to do this for other people that need a dentist.

From walking in to check in up front, Ashley was friendly and made you feel welcome, then Maria was just as friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible getting me ready for a oral surgery appointment. Then of course The best dentist EVER, aka, Dr Beeler took great care of my dental issue. I’ve said it many times, if dr Beeler was my dentist many years ago, I would not be having the issues I have now.
